Adam Rutz

I began my State Farm career in 2018 as an Agent Team Member while also participating in the State Farm Agent Aspirant Program. That experience gave me a strong foundation in the insurance industry and helped prepare me for the opportunity to one day open my own State Farm agency. When that opportunity came, I chose Lakeland, Florida because it was already a meaningful place in my life and a community I felt strongly connected to.

My grandparents have lived in Lakeland for my entire life, and throughout my childhood, my family and I visited them during holidays and spring break. Some of my favorite memories were spending time in Central Florida and attending Grapefruit League Spring Training games as a kid. Over the years, my connection to Lakeland and the great state of Florida continued to grow. When I looked at where I wanted to build an agency, serve customers, and develop lasting relationships, Florida was an easy choice.

I believe in old-school personal relationships and doing business the right way. At the same time, I also believe in using new-school communication to serve customers faster, more efficiently, and more conveniently than ever before. Whether by phone, text, email or video, our goal is to make insurance feel simple, accessible, and personal.

My staff and I put a tremendous amount of effort into helping protect families and small businesses. We believe we can make our customers' lives better through the quality of conversations, guidance, and care that takes place with our agency.
