"Warning!! Disappointed is an understatement! In June 2024 I paid a 6 month policy for my son’s 2022 tundra for $1500. I then renewed policy for my son and I for $1900 on Nov 15. On December 6 I received a bill adding $4462 to the policy and telling me they were going to cancel my policy if I didn't pay it by January 15... I immediately called Adams office to cancel this policy. I spoke to Carlos, he reassured me that this it was a mistake and he would fix the issue. A week went by and I didn’t hear from them. I spoke to Carlos again and he said he was still working on it. A week later, I then spoke to Adam and he said he would look into it as well. I followed up in the beginning of January and Adam informed me there was nothing he could do and rattled off a bunch of BS on State Farm policies. Of course I’m not paying $6500 for six month policy. So the policy was canceled and I signed up with progressive at $1600 for 6 months.. same coverage!! Now they refuse to pay me back saying the $1900 saying went towards 2 months of coverage!?!! I called to cancel immediately! The incompetence of this office has me chasing my money! Do not trust them with your Insurance needs! If this is not resolved I will be contacting Floridas insurance department and filing a complaint."
